2. The upper and down contact is made of high quality chrome,zirconium an copper(Size:35*35*18mm),has good thermal conductivity and abrasion-proof,with a long service life.

3. The material of the down electric pole base is red cooper(Size:18*100mm),has good electrical conductivity, making the welding pressure be uniform, the mesh panel solid and stable.

4. The transformer (8 grades adjustment) cooled by water circulation system,it is better for its service life.

5. Wire feeding car is controlled by step motor.this is our patent.

6. The hopper is controlled by Taiwan Delta step motor.The cross wire fall automatically from the hopper to the middle of the upper and lower electrodes.The falling accuracy is perfect.

7. PLC control,with the humanized operation interface, easy to operate and master.

8. The adjustment of mesh specifications uses the touch screen, it is very easy to set the welding parameters and production data.
